Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: Normally, samples will be charged and shipping by freight collect. Special for some stock items, after discussed, samples will be free and freight cost paid before shipping. 

Q: Do you have OEN/ODM service?
A: Yes, we have more than 10years ODM/OEM service. We will discuss with our customers all details design according their requirements.

Q: What is term of delivery?
A: CIF/FOB/EXW/DDP/DDU

Q: About 1000pcs products, how long time finish?
A: For our hot items, we have stock, usually about 15days is ok. If special OEM/ODM design, we will be based on discussed.
